CLIENT POLICY:
New Clients
During your initial visit, you will need to prepare to come 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a brief questionnaire.Please do not forget to turn off or silence your cell phone while enjoying the serene relaxing experience at Belledonne Spa. Snacks and refreshments will be provided by Belledonne staff.
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that your session can begin on time. So the following client is not inconvenienced, appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at a full fee.
Cancellation Policy
Because your space is reserved for you, a 24 hour notice for cancellations is required or the full fee is due. Full fee is due for same day appointments. If you fail to show up or fail to give 24 hours notice while using a gift certificate, that certificate will become null & void. It is only fair to our therapists to be paid for the time that you have scheduled. If an emergency arises, alert Belledonne Spa staff so that we can void payment and you can reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. Also, all appointments must be completed with a credit card number to reserve appointment.
Any client with heart or circulation problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, under medication or any other health issue or injury, should consult their physician before receiving a massage. Pregnant women should wait until after the first trimester to receive a massage. They should not receive body wraps or any treatment that involves excessive heat or chemical peels.
Our spa staff pride themselves in delivering excellent services. Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated.
